MJMHSS was founded in the year 2001 with a vision to provide quality education exclusively
for girls in a nurturing and disciplined environment. From its humble beginnings, the school has
grown into a respected institution under the affiliation of the Department of School Education,
Tamil Nadu. The idea behind establishing MJMHSS was born out of a deep understanding of the
importance of educating the girl child and empowering women through knowledge and
character-building. At a time when access to good educational institutions for girls was limited in
the region, the founders of MJMHSS stepped forward with a mission to bridge this gap and build
a strong platform for the all-round development of young girls.
In its early years, MJMHSS started with a modest number of students and staff. Despite limited
resources, the school was driven by a strong commitment to academic excellence, moral values,

Lower Kindergarten (LKG) to Standard XII, ensuring a continuous and comprehensive academic

skills, and career guidance. Today, with a capacity of 500 students and a healthy student-teacher
ratio of 30:1, MJMHSS stands as a symbol of quality education and empowerment in the region.
