Guidelines & Procedures

Michael Job Matriculation Higher Secondary School admits all students irrespective of religion, caste, creed or ability levels as long as they fulfil all the other admission criteria.

Michael Job Matriculation Higher Secondary School admits students in to every class it operates – provided there are vacancies.

Admissions to all Pre-Primary classes are based only on observation sessions of candidates and interviews with candidate’s parents/guardians.

Parents/guardians must produce relevant certificates to prove their child has completed the level of schooling required prior to the class to which admission is sought.

Admission Process

  • Fill the registration form

  • Take the interaction/ test

  • As per test results, parents will be given admission form.

  • Admission is accepted along with the documents and fees

  • Mode of payment of fees shall be in Cheque / Cash.

Documents to be submitted at the time of admission

  • Medical Fitness certificate

  • Attested copy of birth certificate

  • Progress card of previous academic year( std I onwards)

  • Previous school’s leaving certificate if any

  • Ration card and/or passport copy

  • Passport size photograph of a child, mother & father.

Entry Criteria

  • MJMHSS students are granted admission to Michael Job Matriculation Higher Secondary Schools on a priority basis.

  • Admissions are granted to students on the basis of the following assessments:
    • Nursery to II : Interaction of the child.
    • III onwards: Written test based
  • Student Viva are considered only as an interface technique

  • Concept test are based on expected key milestones for every class

The age of candidates seeking admission to the L.K.G. at Michael Job Matriculation Higher Secondary School must be at least three years on 1st March of the year in which admission is sought. Following this, the minimum age for admission to every class thereafter goes up accordingly. The criterion for the minimum age to qualify for admission to any class is adhered to most strictly.
