Academic Activities
The Annual Report of Michael Job Matriculation Higher Secondary School for the academic year 2025–2026 proudly reflects a year of academic excellence, holistic development, and remarkable achievements. Our institution continued its commitment to quality education by maintaining high academic standards and achieving excellent results in the Class X and Class XII Board Examinations, with a commendable pass percentage and several students securing distinctions and centum scores in core subjects.
To strengthen academic performance, special coaching classes, remedial teaching, model examinations, and continuous assessment methods were effectively implemented.
Co-Curricular Activities
Alongside academics, equal importance was given to co-curricular and extracurricular activities. Students actively participated in inter-school competitions, literary events, science exhibitions, cultural programs, and talent competitions, winning numerous prizes and bringing great pride and laurels to the institution.The Annual Sports Meet was conducted with enthusiasm, and students showcased their talents in athletics, football, volleyball, kabaddi, and other games, earning recognition at various levels.
Sports Acheivements
Our school consistently encourages every child to actively participate in sporting activities while maintaining a healthy balance between academics and athletics to ensure overall development. Athletics has been the backbone of our sporting achievements this year, with students enthusiastically participating in various track and field events such as 100m, 200m, relays, long jump, shot put, discus, javelin, and high jump at the zonal level under:

Team Sports
Our Under-14, Under-17, and Under-19 Football teams participated in inter-school and zonal tournaments and proudly secured 1st place in the Zonal Championship in Coimbatore District, demonstrating excellent teamwork and sportsmanship.
Martial Arts and Cultural Achievements
The school also emphasized martial arts and self-defense training through Karate and Silambam. In a Silambam competition organized by Velu Devar Iyya Arakattalai, six Grade 7 students—Wilma Mecknancy, Kaviya, Shrujana, Shyamala, Sajeetha, and Shiny—participated and achieved recognition in world records.
Celebrations and Awareness Programs
Throughout the year, important national and international days such as Independence Day, Republic Day, Teachers’ Day, Children’s Day, and Environment Day were celebrated to inculcate patriotism, discipline, and social responsibility among students. Career guidance programs, personality development workshops, health awareness sessions, and value education programs were organized to ensure the overall growth of students.
