At Michael Job Matriculation Higher Secondary School (MJMHSS), we are fully committed to providing a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all our students, faculty, and staff. In accordance with the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013, the school has constituted an Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) to address and prevent incidents of sexual harassment and promote gender sensitivity on campus.
Objective of ICC
The primary aim of the Internal Complaints Committee is to Prevent and address sexual harassment at the workplace.
Objectives
- Create a safe and supportive environment for all, especially women employees and students.
- Handle complaints of sexual harassment in a timely, fair, and confidential manner.
- Recommend appropriate actions against proven misconduct.
- Promote awareness and conduct workshops on gender sensitization and professional conduct.

MJMHSS regularly organizes awareness programs, workshops, and training sessions for faculty, staff, and students.
