Creativity & Innovation are the integral parts of teaching-learning process.  To cope up with the Competency Based Education, teachers need to equip themselves with the newer techniques and content, which would facilitate effective teaching-learning process.

The faculty development programs organized by our MJC management bears effective fruits every time. The teachers inculcate the effective methods of teaching, which would really give meaning to Competency Based Education. The programs and the trainings encouraged all the faculty at the school in creating visual/digital contents.

The faculty now feels strengthened as they can make any stuff digitally with all confidence. This has really prepared them to implement the principles of NEP 2020.
